-Last week, a grimy, stoned, feral-looking punk kid on Superior Street said to me in a sincere tone: "Wow. That's a really nice watch."
-When you work 50-60 hours a week, you actually catch yourself thinking things like "Only 11 hours until cocktail time."
-If I can get my stuff together, I am going to be in an art show with Margaret Frastley on August 1.
-It's always great when you're at work, and your girlfriend sends you an e-mail with a link in it, and you follow the link, and suddenly your screen fills up with a skanky pic of the Olson twins.
-The above is even better if the subject of the e-mail is "those little bitches."
-It's been a long, long time since I've seen a good movie on video. I'd estimate that the last ten were absolute crap.
-Crap is fun to type. It's also fun to say out loud. Go ahead. See for yourself.
