FYI: This is totally fake. Even though I am a postal worker whose job consists of getting mail where it needs to go, I completely bought this the first time I saw it. The USPS is exquisitely complicated. And yet, I didn't understand how it could possibly work.

Turns out it's a just a well-informed guy on YouTube who likes messing with people's head. Brilliant!
