10th Avenue East & 7th Street, around 2am Monday morning

I'm not sure how I feel about doing this. Whenever there is a fire, or crime of some type, I feel the need to photograph it. But I also kind of feel like an ass, since there are people around who have lost something. I'm not just rubbernecking, but I'm not sure what I am doing positive either.

One one hand, it's none of my business, but on the other hand, I can't be sure of that until it's all over. For all I know it might be everyone's business.
